Position Summary

We are searching for a solution-oriented Business Data Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the information needs of multiple functional areas, including sales, marketing, and supply chain. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to identify data sources and reporting requirements and help the company shape its long term reporting and analytics landscape. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of business processes, experience in data analysis and problem-solving, and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop solutions for the information and analysis requirements of the business
• Provide objective, reliable, and timely decision support analysis for management relating to customer behavior.
• Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics.

• Support sales forecasting, pipeline management, and compensation reporting.
• Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis as needed.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within various systems.
• Develop and maintain scheduled reporting, reporting applications, and advanced business models.
• Explain report and analysis output to business leaders using written and verbal communication, including formatting information for presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Excel, VBA).

• Advanced ability to use data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Experience with Google Analytics or other web data systems.
• Experience with IBM Cognos and Stratum a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
