Job description
Pay Rate: $40,000 - $45,000
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following; other duties may be assigned:
- Manage scorecards for all Key Accounts, ensuring all are completed accurately and timely, according to the defined schedule.
- Manage internal departmental scorecards for customer care and field sales teams and provide accurate and timely updates monthly.
- Put training materials together, manage training schedule for the customer care staff, and coordinated with support departments and suppliers.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting as needed to the Vice President of Sales, Director of Customer Care, and supporting staff. Reports include anything from sales and shipments to inactive products.
- New Account Set Up.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for CRM training for various teams.
- Manages departmental TL9000 and ISO responsibilities, including updating of work procedures and document control information.
STRONG Excel Skills Required - Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPs
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
