• Will consider highly qualified candidates from additional locations. This position will take part in Elevance Health's hybrid work model which includes remote work and 0-3 days in office per month.

Responsible for serving as the liaison between the business and IT in translating complex business needs into business and client-facing reports, support our Integration team.

How you will make an impact:

• Serves as the operational subject matter expert for the Product (MyHealth Coach & Advocate Complex Care etc.) working with the product team to address their needs within the delivery system and to ensure that the services delivered are consistent integrated across the delivery sites and deliver the planned outcomes and results.
• Works with Product Design and Analytic teams to ensure that the Product(s) within their scope are being executed across the delivery network as designed and are delivering the performance anticipated in the design.
• Identifies where gaps exist.
• Develops plans to address the gaps and works with Directors of Care Management Care Center OPS and ISHE Product Design team to ensure that operations successfully delivers on the intended results.
• Represents the Operations Group on committees and task forces that are product oriented or as assigned.
• Analyzes complex end-user needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs.
• Determines specific business reporting requirements to address complex business needs.
• Develops project plans and identifies and coordinates resources, involving those outside the unit.
• Works with programming staff to ensure requirements will be incorporated into system design and testing.
• Acts as a resource to users of the software to address questions/issues.
• May provide direction and guidance to team members and serves as an expert for the team
  

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 8 years related health care experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

• Master’s degree in health or business related field.
• Ability to travel may be required.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $102,640 to $184,752.
