Description

Leidos has a career opening for a Budget/Staffing Coordinator at Scott AFB, IL supporting the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Service Delivery Thread on the GSM-O II program.

JOB SUMMARY:

Our customer is the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) located at Scott AFB, IL and acts as the provider of GIG/ Defense Information System Network (DISN) services to its customers, the department of Defense (DoD) and national security organizations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate with Sub-Vendors and Leidos recruiters for potential candidates

  • Manage the internal program resume repository

  • Ensure proper tracking for all candidates, interviews and hiring actions

  • Oversee Budget spreadsheets to ensure accurate reporting of data injections.

  • Maintain Organizational charts

  • Assist with new hire set up and orientation; maintain new hire training records.

  • Assist with and attend career fairs at local colleges and universities.

  • Post and maintain job postings in applicant tracking system

  • Maintain internal databases for hiring, current staffing, clearances, and training.

  • Perform other duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years prior relevant experience.

  • Able to obtain a Interim Secret Clearance prior to starting

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Detail oriented with the ability to manage time to accomplish multiple tasks.

  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $36,400.00 - $56,000.00 - $75,600.00
