What You Will Do

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operations of the Great Falls Terrascapes branch. This includes hiring staff and leading the onboarding training process, building rapport with customers and the community, creating, and implementing strategies to improve the productivity and performance of the company, as well as other duties vital to the growth and efficiency of Terrascapes. You will also be responsible for:

• Monitoring daily operations
• Scheduling crews and routes
• Assigning requirements and directing duties for jobs
• Occasionally working alongside crews and operating landscape/heavy equipment
• Improving resources and tools to better serve staff, the company, and customers
• Managing employees
• Recruiting, interviewing, and retaining crew members and leaders
• Documenting attendance and approving time-off requests
• Handling disciplinary protocols in adherence to company policies including dismissal or termination
• Leading training and professional development opportunities to ensure the growth of our team, company, and yourself
• Guaranteeing customer satisfaction
• Serving as the primary contact for customers
• Orchestrating on-site property walk throughs to ensure company quality standards are achieved and maintained
• Meeting with customers to discuss property concerns, issues, changes and providing solutions
• Account management and customer acquisition
• Analyzing and creating budget and financial reports
• Generating revenue through upselling services
• Renewing and assembling service contracts
• Forecasting and building strategies and plans to meet goals and fit future needs

Requirements

Terrascapes is seeking an individual with a solid background in business management. Prior experience in landscape management is preferred. All applicants must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record with the ability to tow trailers and operate company vehicles. Applicants should also be able to maintain a flexible schedule due to the nature of our industry. Our ideal candidate would possess the following qualifications/traits:
