Day to day office management (Answering office Phone, Company Email)

Light accounting (Payroll, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables)

Rental Property Management (Receive Rent payments, interface with various subcontractors to service/repair/Maintain Rental Properties)

Assist New Construction Department with administrative tasks.

Will hold the role and responsibilities of the Owner/Founder's Executive Assistant, as needed.

Must be fully competent in MS Office Pack, QuickBooks, AIA Software and be very organized.

Responsible for keeping up to date all Subsidiary companies in Insurance coverage, Licences, Tax Payments...etc.

Responsible for balancing all Bank accounts (separate accounts for each separate projects) and bookkeeping tasks for each projects.

Job will evolve to full time rapidly and will eventually include the recruiting, training and supervision of new Office Staff, when and as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.22 - $24.35 per hour
