Our 34 year company is growing rapidly. We have a very cohesive team who work well together. The atmosphere at our business is relaxed and friendly, but very busy. We are looking for people who want to be part of our team and grow with us. You will be trained to do this job in the manner required to effectively manage the financial side of this company. There will be significant raises associated with your progress to fulfill the job. As this position has a lot of moving parts, so there will be two people sharing these responsibilities. An added benefit is that we pay our employees weekly.

This job entails working in QuickBooks, Excel, and a Glass Replacement estimating program. This is an extremely important job. It requires a person to be focused, exacting, with attention to detail, and the ability to be extremely accurate. You must also be able to take instruction and follow through using the protocols and bookkeeping safeguards that we have put in place to insure accuracy and to minimize mistakes. This job also requires someone who is honest and understands the meaning of integrity and who has impecible references. Duties include:

1. Data entry

2. Bill Paying

3. Reconciling banking and other statements.

4. Money handling in preparing banking deposits.

5. Invoicing

6. Email handling

7. Quarterly State reports, and B&O tax filings.

8. Monthly Excise tax report for the State.

9. Weekly Payroll

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
