Who We Are:

We are a full-service property management company located in the Tacoma area and have provided tenants and property owners in Western Washington with exceptional property management services since 1992.

Your Job:

We’re looking for a full-time in office Bookkeeper to add to our team and grow with us! Some of your essential job duties are as follows:

  • Prepare and enter monthly journal entries for income and expenses into computer system.
  • Maintain operating and other cash account balances accurately for assigned properties.
  • Process move-outs prior to 14 days after the move-out date.
  • Reconcile bank accounts for properties assigned.
  • Prepare and review accuracy of monthly financial statements and other reports of assigned properties. Reports are time sensitive and must be completed on time.
  • Enter payroll expenses into general ledger.
  • Calculate management fee for assigned properties.
  • Perform other duties as requested.

Who You Are:

  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines.
  • Ability to commute to work during the work week. (Fife, WA)
  • 1-2 years of experience as a bookkeeper or accountant (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Experience with reconciling bank statements and G/L accounts.
  • Excellent computer skills with Outlook and Excel.
  • AppFolio experience a plus.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Willingness to learn and be trained!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
