Bookkeeper Job Description

JOB DUTIES:

• A/R, A/P, Bank Reconciliations, Reporting, Journal Entries
• Cash Forecasting
• Budgeting
• Month and Year End Process
• Payroll, Employee Record-keeping
• Managing and Ordering Supplies
• Data entry/Filing/Faxing
• Incoming/Outgoing Mail
• Misc. Projects with Leadership team

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bookkeeping experience required
Full knowledge of Quickbooks
Comfortable working with web-based applications
Strong organizational and verbal skills

Professional and friendly manner

Strong Customer Service background

Ability to work with others in a team setting

Great at multi-tasking

Job Type: Full Time Position – Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
