Groth Family Insurance - an Allstate agency is the largest Allstate Agency in Tri-Cities, and has been consistently recognized in the top 5% of all Allstate agents in the United States. We are now accepting resumes for bilingual (Spanish) Sales Agents for our agency.

• Here is the ideal candidate... Someone who has a great attitude, outgoing personality, who 'never meets a stranger,' has stellar computer skills, the ability to multi-task, who works well with their peers, and those who have a true passion for helping others. And, they must be able to close deals. You MUST have the drive to win and be able to follow our proven system of success.

This position offers a competitive base salary + commissions + bonuses and matching retirement. Agents earn around $40,000- $60,000 per year on average. However, our top Agents earn $75,000+.

You will receive outstanding training and support and provided every resource necessary to be successful.

As a part of our team, your job will be to help the customer secure the best policies with appropriate coverage's to protect them in their family if something were to happen. In other words, you will become a trusted adviser.

• NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
• A Property & Casualty (P&C) Producer License is required for the position but we can show you how to obtain the necessary license. The process takes anywhere from 2-3 weeks.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
