What We Do

Simply put, our business is all about providing enrichment to the community! We provide caregiving services for our clients who are elderly or disabled and require assistance in daily living tasks that they can no longer do for themselves. What You Will do:

As a Home Care Supervisor, you will manage a caseload of clients who rely on you to provide a quality caregiver. You will also supervise a team of caregivers.

Client Duties

· Document client contacts and activities related to client services

· Serve as liaison between caregiver, client and referral sources

Caregiver Duties

· Supervise and evaluate staff

· Manage schedules

· Approve payroll

Compliance Duties

· Ensure regulatory file compliance

· Report and collaborate on metrics to the Office Coordinator

What We Look For:

· High School Diploma or GED

· Strong PC Skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

· Ability to multi- task multiple priorities

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service approach

· Ability to work independently in a team environment

· Bi-Lingual Spanish

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
