Grand Beach Hotel Surfside is looking for Pool & Beach Attendants to join our team. As a Beach Attendant you will greet guests and provide assistance with towels, umbrellas, chairs or any other request they may have all while providing the highest level of service to exceed our guests expectations.
DUTIES
- Greet all guest in a friendly manner and SMILE in a hot, sunny, humid environment
- Provide assistance with towels, chairs, umbrellas and any other request associated with the Pool & Beach.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the Pool & Beach operation at all times.
- Work as a team and help fellow Team Members to exceed guests expectations.
- Proactively, and constantly follow up with the guest throughout their stay at the beach
QUALIFICATIONS
- College or vocational schooling education preferred
- Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and team members in the English language
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Minimum of two (2) year experience in a customer service environment, Pool & Beach experience a plus.
- Must be able to work outdoors, in the sun for eight (8) plus hours a day.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
