Being hired as a Business Development Agent at Stephen Wade Auto Center means you would be joining the largest auto sales and service organization in Southern Utah. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.

The Business Development Agent is a phone-based career professional that is an essential part of the sales team. The right candidate must have personal drive, be goal-oriented, have good intuition on the phone, and be able to quickly establish rapport with customers. We need agents who can be told "no" consistently and not lose their persistence or self-confidence. TRAINING AND SUPPORT from management and the team are always AVAILABLE

Income varies based on abilities and drive. A good BDC Agent makes about $40K but great BDC Agents may make more,

Hours of work: Rotating 8-hour shifts M-S 9-8 pm. SUNDAYS OFF

Responsibilities:

• Confirming the appointments already set for the day
• Make outbound calls with the purpose of helping people recognize we can help them improve their transportation means.

Qualifications:

• Ability to maintain a positive mindset in a sales environment
• Stellar verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for helping others

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Shift:

• 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
