About Us:

The Dive Oyster Bar, a Cajun-Creole inspired restaurant, introduces Southern comfort food to Temple City through our specialty kettle bar. We strive to use quality ingredients and seafood — delivering the most flavorful dishes to Temple City, CA diners. The Dive SKC aims to create a lively dining experience that welcomes families, dates, business meetings and everything in between. We are looking for reliable, positive, and energetic individuals to join our team. Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to guest
• Ensure knowledge of restaurant's food, drinks and concept
• Take guest’s food/beverage orders and input orders
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders
• Communicate regularly with your tables and anticipate their needs
• Ensure the bar is well-stocked at all time
• Bartenders must be willing to take a section to server

Requirements * 2 years behind a full liquor bar

• Mixology, beer and wine knowledge
• Must be able to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
• Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required.
• At least 6 months serving guests or a year in the restaurant industry.
• Excellent knowledge of POS systems and computer applications
• Desire to work as part of a team
• Passionate and willing to learn
• Being able to handle multiple tasks at once and execute them pro

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.50 per hour

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Night shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Bartending: 1 year (Preferred)
• Restaurant Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
