Bakery Production Supervisor

Requirements

As part of leading our team you will:

• Manage the team, focusing on training, performance, product quality, accountability, culture, and safety.
• Lead and participate in regular team meetings
• Direct and participate in donut production, distribution, and facility maintenance
• Ensure ingredients and supplies are available, quality standards are upheld and the production plan/documents are completed daily

As a Bakery Team Member you will:

• You will learn all aspects of the production facility including mixing, baking, finishing, packaging, glazes, and fillings.
• You will clean the facility by washing dishes, machine maintenance, and cleaning the production areas
• Be able to work well with others in a fast-paced team environment
• Be able to lift between 25 and 50 lbs and stand for the entire shift
