REQUIREMENTS*

• High-energy and goal-driven nature
• Proven track record of success with high-volume dealership
• Positive attitude mixed with confidence that every client is an opportunity
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Spend time with customers to determine their needs, discuss vehicle options, and assist sales team members in closing deals
• Hire, motivate, and monitor the performance of all sales employees
• Contact clients via phone, text and email to drive traffic and produce deals
• Coach both new and experienced sales reps on best practices for improving performance
• Experience using CDK, VinSolutions and/or VAuto is a plus but not required
