Join the ManTech team and ignite your future with a position as an Associate Systems Engineer supporting the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) on the Navy’s Aegis program in King George, Va.

As an Associate Systems Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on tasks such as:

• Operating Training Systems and training operations at land-based test sites. Making an assessment of training configurations and associated AWS and Non-AWS interfaces
• Primary focus will be Aegis Training Configurations but will support other sub modes and mission areas while in tactical. Secondary focus will be BFTT
• Must understand CIC operations and be able to articulate system capabilities and limitations based on fleet operations. Must be able to make an assessment of system performance
• Provide written and verbal technical evaluations of capabilities and limitations
• Support analysis of data, CPCRs and TORs
• Supporting shipboard and at-sea test events
• Providing technical evaluations of system capabilities and limitations
• Supporting element and system level testing at land-based sites and ships
• Attending review and status meetings
• Supporting software testing events (land-based and shipboard)
• Traveling within the continental United States and ports located outside of CONUS

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

• An active secret clearance
• Knowledge and experience in Training Systems, and overall Aegis Weapon Combat operations
• 4-6 years of related Aegis fleet operations and/or Aegis T&E
• Experience in CIC operations
• The ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• The ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced team environments
• Motivated self-starter
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point, and Adobe Acrobat
