Job description
Partner with and support the Biddable Media Team and the collective Media Strategy & Planning team in the activation of Programmatic, Search, and Social Media campaigns for the Inspire Brands portfolio. This role will be responsible for building digital campaigns and placing all trades within our various DSPs. This includes working with Managers on the critical role of maintaining accurate financial stewardship across the brand portfolio.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Programmatic Activation/Trading

  • Execute programmatic campaigns from start to finish; setup, implementation, optimizations, reporting

  • Analyze campaign data and optimize towards brand KPI’s and effectiveness

  • Continually evaluate programmatic strategies and identify testing opportunities

  • Build and source audiences relevant for each campaign

  • Proactively monitor campaign activity for delivery, ad quality, and performance

  • Attend and actively participate in regular status meetings (both internal and external) to help prioritize deliverables, takeaways/next steps and timelines with Managers

  • Produce and present engaging campaign analysis to internal brand teams

  • Manage the reporting and financial management for programmatic campaigns across the portfolio

  • Demonstrate a “big picture” understanding of brands marketing strategy and the role programmatic plays

Agency and Cross-Functional Internal Teams Collaboration

  • Work in partnership with Inspire Brands agency-of-record to align on campaign structure and pacing

  • Partner with the finance teams to ensure invoices are processed accurately

  • Partner with the analytics team to measure the impact of ongoing campaigns and the effectiveness of the overall plan

  • Partner with Media Strategy & Planning and Connections Planning teams to develop a learning agenda and testing roadmap based on the brands objectives, insights, and key challenges

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION

  • Required Minimum: Bachelor’s degree

  • 2 – 5 years of relevant experience executing digital ad campaigns

  • Hands on keyboard experience within a multichannel DSP (DV360, The Trade Desk, Yahoo!, etc.)

  • Demonstrated experience in problem solving and managing multiple tasks

  • Account budget management through daily/weekly pacing, monthly and yearly goals

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS OR ABILITIES

  • Ability to deliver results

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent project management skills (proficiency in Excel/PPT will be key)

  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet project deadlines

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to lead and influence others

  • Personal integrity, humility, an appreciation for the power of true teamwork, and a sense of humor

  • Passion for the restaurant industry and desire to train in our restaurants to learn operations. A strong desire to help shape the future at Inspire Brands

  • Self-starter personality who can operate with minimal supervision

  • Ability to learn new systems and workflows
