Associate Director, IT

Here at Thirty Madison, we are looking to hire a versatile Associate Director, IT to join our growing Core Technologies team! You will be responsible for fostering growth and development on a team of Helpdesk Technicians and System Engineers as well as leading the IT effort for Thirty Madison. Above all, you embody the Thirty Madison mission of providing access to healthcare for all who suffer from chronic conditions!

What you get to do every day

  • Create an organization wide IT Strategy that aligns with the businesses needs and drives a clear and high impact of technology for Thirty Madison in the next phase of our journey.
  • Develop and mature our IT Team. Our people are our strength and it is critical that we invest continuously in them.
  • Align our use of internal team tools with the software we're building within the engineering organization. This includes how our internally built software connects with our third-party SaaS tools and how user accounts and data access are managed.
  • Improve how IT supports Thirty Madison as an operational organization – including handling ticketing and help-desk requests, employee onboarding, and employee off-boarding.
  • Ensure our company can effectively communicate and collaborate with each other regardless of where they are in the world.

What you bring to the role

  • A history of successful leadership and ownership within an IT organization – including experience in defining corporate IT practices, administering critical IT systems, leading IT teams, and supporting business-critical IT capability.
  • Mastery of modern IT practices – including centralized user management, SaaS / cloud-based software tooling, remote hardware management, and vendor management.
  • Comfort working with geographically distributed partners and teams.
  • An exceptional ability to learn new technical skills and master new problem domains, along with the flexibility and desire to seek new challenges.
  • Outstanding customer empathy and collaboration skills.
  • A continual desire to inform, evangelize and educate others through strong written and verbal communications.
