Role Purpose

Associate Consultant is the first step in the consulting ladder. The role is responsible for completing high quality in-depthanalysis and research to support successful completion of consultingprojects. They will also support the practice through data collection,market research and analytics. The Associate Consultant must achievehigh personal billability.

• Educate and build awareness in the team in Wipro guidelines onrevenue recognition, pricing strategy, contract terms and MSA
• Ensure that the Performance Nxt is followed for the entire team

  • Lead and drive engagement initiatives for the team
  • Track team satisfaction scores and identify initiatives to buildengagement within the team
• Contribution to Practice/Wipro
  • Continually delivers all Wipro admin in a timely manner (timesheets,appraisals, expenses, etc.,)
  • Is visible and engaged within own practice, proactively participatesand makes a demonstrable contribution to internal activities

• Contributes to the IP and knowledge management of Wipro and GCG andensure its availability on the central knowledge management repositoryor Wipro and GCG

• Leverages tools, methods, assets, information sources, and IPavailable within the knowledge management platform
• Engages with other Consulting and delivery teams to enhancecollaboration and growth
• Makes use of common methods and tools which are proven to work
