Job description

The role of the Staffing Coordinator is to work in conjunction with the Administrative Coordinator on the administrative needs such as managing staff, provide direction, oversight and overall day-to-day operations of a 24 unit Assisted Living Community in Janesville, MN. This position is responsible for assisting with:

HR/staffing: applications, interviews, onboarding, employee reviews/warnings/terminations, approving payroll, and creating/maintaining the employee schedule

Oversight & Trained in all Departments: Kitchen/Food, Activities, Nursing/Cares and Housekeeping

Training: oversee and occasionally involved in the training process with new assisted living aides and new dietary cooks.

The Staffing Coordinator would work collaborately with the Administrative Coordinator & Clinical Nurse Supervsior to monitor regulatory compliance, quality of care, safety, staff training and guidance.

This is a full-time position, mostly M-F Days, but must be flexible and willing to work other hours and weekends, as needed or when necessary to support the community. Strong leadership, communication skills, team player and enjoys working with the elderly and their families--is a must!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
