Saint Anne Victory Noll is seeking an Administrator to join our team! This position is responsible to ensure the facility is operating in accordance with all current Federal, State and Local standards and regulations that govern long-term care facilities as well as direct the day-to-day operation of the facility to ensure the highest degree of quality care is provided to the residents.

PRIMARY DUTIES, include but are not limited to:

• Develops and implements the annual plans for the Facility
• Draft an annual operating budget for Facility
• Manage Facility operations within established guidelines
• Oversees operation of each department to assure compliance with operating policies and procedures
• Provides proper management of the financial and/or business affairs of the Facility
• Maintains quality lifestyle and health care for Facility residents
• Provide effective supervision of staff for all departments
• Enters into contractual agreements with residents and service providers on behalf of the Facility
• Participate within various committees

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate or Bachelors Degree from an accredited college in health care, business administration or related field.
• Experience: Previous experience in supervising a retirement community or long-term care facility
• Must be a licensed Health Care Facility Administrator in the State of Indiana

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
