Come Assistant Store Manager supporterai lo Store Manager nelle operazioni quotidiane del negozio, assicurando che lo store raggiunga i suoi obiettivi di vendita e fornisca l'eccellenza operativa guidando efficacemente un team altamente performante. Fornirai il miglior livello di esperienza al cliente, in linea con la visione del brand, supportando e tutorando il team di vendita in relazione ai loro programmi di sviluppo.

• Agire come ambasciatore del marchio e elevare l’approccio al servizio e l'esperienza del cliente.
• Eseguire ed essere di esempio nelle attività di servizio al cliente durante la vendita
• Motivare e ispirare il team offrendo una visione e una missione convincenti.
• Fornire regolari aggiornamenti sulle attività operative allo store manager e al team
• Garantire che gli obiettivi vengano superati attraverso un'adeguata pianificazione, formazione del personale, lavorando a stretto contatto con il team di magazzino e monitorando le spese

GENERAL PURPOSE

The Assistant Store Manager supports the implementation of the Store Manager’s strategy. He/she is hands on, ensuring that the daily tasks are done and overseeing all the expertise available in store.

This position is responsible together with the Store Manager for achieving overall targets.

He/she ensures that the store:

• Achieves its daily and weekly sales goals.
• Checks the brand standards are properly followed.
• Delivers operational excellence through effectively leading a high performing team.
• Provides the highest level of customer experience and delivers the brand vision, supporting and mentoring the Sales Associates in regard to their development Programs.
• He/she is the Training Ambassador making sure all the team is trained.

IL TUO PROFILO:

• Hai almeno 1,5 anni di esperienza manageriale nel retail, preferibilmente nel settore dello sport
• Hai esperienza nel servizio clienti e hai l’ambizione di offrire la migliore esperienza di vendita
• Hai un elevato livello di conoscenza dei social media e delle tendenze digitali
• Hai la capacità di analizzare le tendenze del business e i report per guidare le vendite
• Sei appassionato del settore sportivo
• Hai un buon livello di inglese
• Hai una buona padronanza di MS Office

• Minimum of 18-month relevant experience leading a Retail store team in a management role.

• Has an excellent understanding of the local retail environment.
• Active in their community.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Team player.
• Passionate about the sport industry.
• Digitally savvy.
• Is willing to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrated ability to build and motivate teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work to deadlines and targets.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to train and delegate effectively.
• Customer service experience with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong command of French and spoken English as a plus.
• Participation or an interest in sports activities.
• PC literate, able to manage & learn new systems, Excel and Word proficient; Good command of MS Office is an advantage.
