Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Two years’ experience working directly with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses required
- High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field preferred
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills and mastery of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to be flexible, patient, energetic, and creative
- Have a strong passion for working with and helping adolescents/adults with special needs
- Orientation: The first 2 weeks of employment, Monday - Friday from 8am - 4pm
- Proceeding Orientation, the shift for this position is 3pm - 11pm
