We are currently seeking a collaborative, analytical Assistant Product Manager to join our Digital Banking & Services Division. In this role, the individual is responsible for supporting the division’s strategic vision and business objectives: specifically, supports the development and marketing of innovative digital banking products that meet the evolving needs of our customers and improve the overall customer journey. This role requires a strong understanding of product management and the financial services industry, and a focus on process improvement, customer service, and customer usage of the platform.

The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (Hours may vary)

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business-related field or equivalent work experience
• 2 years of professional experience in financial services/marketing/product management or equivalent experience
• Prior experience in online banking or digital channel highly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft 365
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and proactively to take initiative to solve problems quickly
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Able to handle confidential matters judiciously
• Ability to understand and manage process workflows and/or customer journeys
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines to completion in a timely manner with quality results
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Possesses attention to detail with excellent follow-through
• Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies and process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean
