General Summary of Job Duties

The Assistant Beverage Manager will support and collaborate with the Beverage Manager and Food & Beverage leadership team with overseeing the operational effectiveness of bars, lounges, convention bars, and other beverage related outlets. The beverage operations is a key to enhancing the guest experience.

The focus of the role will be to strategically manage the daily operations of all bars with a pro-active approach to elevate the offerings and ensures all bars are operating effectively and meeting all Company standards to include execution of service, guest interaction, atmosphere, and cleanliness.

Skills, Education & Other Requirements

• Prior Food or Beverage management experience preferred but not required
• Prior Food or Beverage experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

• Possession of /or ability to possess a Health card
