QUALIFICATIONS AND ABILITIES

• Painting, or faux finishing experience (beneficial, but not required)
• Good manual dexterity
• Artistic mindset (this is a fantastic job for artists and creative people)
• Someone who enjoys skilled trades and making things by hand
• This is a unique position that is not one size fits all in experience or education. If you have the desire to learn and love the creative or artistic side of life and want a job where you can create beautiful things, we would love to talk.
• Someone who enjoys skilled trades making things by hand
• Requires muscle coordination. (former athletes who have this have also excelled)

CULTURE EXPECTATIONS:

• Communicate effectively with co-workers, managers and others
• Provide our proprietary faux finishes to replicate wood, metal, and other materials on garage doors
• Color applications including use of toners and glazes
• Ensure batch material matches control finish standard for all work orders
• Consistently keep up with the schedule and work orders
• Can handle constructive criticism
• Positive attitude
• Work Safely - keep work area clean and safe
• Be ON TIME - Every time (necessary communication if late etc.)
• Perform activities that directly support team outcomes

BENEFITS AND PERKS -

• Starting Salary: $20.00 to 21.00 depending on experience.
• After training: we have developed a way to work 32 hours a week and get paid for 40. (3 day weekend every week)
• Paid time off after 90 days
• 401(K) and 401K matching up to 3%
