Balich Wonder Studio is looking for an Art Director / Graphic Designer with at least 2 years experience in one of the following fields: communication, events, editorial and publishing, ADV.
This is a full-time position (office based, no remote working) with an integration prospect as permanent member (internal staff) of our Special Projects unit.
This unit specifically deals with the creation and production of Entertainment Icons, Placemaking Projects (Architectural), Leisure Design and Immersive Shows.
The Art Director we are looking to integrate in the team will work cross projects, for bids as well as on going productions.

Must have excellent skills in adobe creative suite, keynote, (motion-video editing-3D software nice to have) as well as ability to work under pressure and with brief deadlines.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Creative directors, Artistic directors and Director to develop creative ideas
- Lead the project through the phases of production, edits and final execution
- Developing concepts, graphics and layouts
- Conceptual and visual research of the trends, graphic, illustration and video
- Editing the final results for presentation to the client
- To understand the business objectives and requirements of the job, estimating the time required to complete the work
- Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief
- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
Requirements
- Previous job experiences.
- Strong graphic design and illustration background is a major plus.
- Keep up to date with design trends and maintain a keen interest in learning more.
- Be able to work independently, communicate clearly and have good time management skills.
- Have obsessive attention to detail.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; 3D design; communication design; film/television; fine art; graphic design; illustration; photography; visual art.
- Be able to work with a team of writers, account managers and designers to produce top-quality work that gets results.
- Be able to incorporate feedback from multiple sources.
- Passion and enthusiasm for design, with a creative flair.
- A flexible approach when working in a team.
- Excellent communication skills in order to interpret and negotiate briefs with clients.
- Good presentation skills and the confidence to explain and sell ideas to clients and colleagues.
- Time management skills and the ability to cope with several projects at a time.
- Accuracy and attention to detail when finalising designs.
- Being open to feedback and willing to make changes to your designs.
