FiloBlu is looking for an Art Director to design simple, effective digital experiences that bring
brands closer to users.

The Art Director will take ownership of design projects and be responsible
for drawing up creative concepts and developing designs, following the guidelines set out by the
Creative Director and working alongside the Designers at all times.

Main activities

• Producing graphic design concepts and developing design projects in various fields (such as
  web layouts, apps, photo and video shoots, advertising campaigns, and social media campaigns), reporting to the Creative Director
• Monitoring the graphic quality and stylistic consistency of designs
• Working with the technological development department to promote process optimization
  and innovation
• Discussing needs, input and objectives with clients
• Supervising and supporting the work of the Designers
• Producing prototypes for project presentations

Profile of the ideal candidate

• A degree in Advertising Design or Industrial Design, specializing in graphic and multimedia
  product design
• Significant design experience working for digital agencies as an Art Director
• An exceptional ability to interact directly with clients and interpret their visions
• Confidence and talent when it comes to showing and presenting work, including the ability to explain the reasoning behind design choices methodically and proficiently
• The capacity to think quickly and outside the box
• A solid background in visual, graphic and digital design
• Familiarity with software that can be used to create presentations, videos and prototypes,
  such as After Effects, Principle, Final Cut, and Keynote
• Proficiency in the use of digital design software, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch,
  Figma, and XD
• Excellent communication capabilities
• A passion for design, creativity, technology and fashion
• Knowledge and great interest in photography and art
• Good knowledge of English and Italian
