WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Reporting to the Case IH Business Director, this position will manage an area within Italy for Case IH brand Business, organizing and managing all the sales activities, monitoring that we are on target with our KPI of SOM and Profitability and liaising with Dealers & Customers to Drive the business with the objective of growing our Brand’s penetration.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensuring that all relevant marketing programmes and policies are utilised by dealers to meet sales objectives.
  • Provide focused support on key accounts to increase Case IH share of this segment.
  • Follow up of promotional events, demonstrations, open days, customer evenings, factory visits, product presentations and digital campaigns.
  • Visiting customers with dealer staff to promote the Case IH product range, close deals and provide necessary direct market feedback.
  • Support Sales & Product Training on Case IH products and ensure dealer sales staff are developed with up to date product knowledge.
  • Understanding dealer and company business activities in order to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Maintain high knowledge of competitive products positioning and implement sales tools available for the dealer network
  • Liaise with marketing manager to plan and implement marketing programmes incl. CRM & Sales App

YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • In-depth knowledge of farming industry & applications.
  • Computer literacy and social media management knowledge
  • Experience in a Sales & Marketing environment, with minimum 4 years of direct selling experience
  • The job will require extensive travel within Italy. Overnight stays may be necessary.
  • A full driving licence is required as a job car is provided
  • Agricultural equipment knowledge, competitive products, selling and marketing approaches, and general business management knowledge.
  • Working knowledge of tractor fundamentals (hydraulics, electronics, auto guidance, etc.) and the proper setup and operation of a variety of implements.
  • Experience and comfort level working directly with customers of agricultural equipment.
