Job description
We are seeking a highly organized, versatile person to join our team in our NYC office as an Intern. In this role you will manage your daily activities so that you provide increasing levels of support to your team and the office in the development and production of project deliverables with a focus on our six core competencies: Design, Stakeholders, Standard of Care, Schedule, Financial Management, and Client Satisfaction.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Build upon what has already been learned.
- Create, assemble and issue client deliverables utilizing CAD, Revit, Cinema 4D, Sketchup or other medium.
- Implement corrections, revisions, red line changes and address comments; assuming responsibility for accuracy of work.
- Manage multiple assignments concurrently.
- Solve space planning & adjacency requirements.
- Assist with developing work plans/milestone schedules.
- Generate plan layouts, storefront elevations & sections.
- Assist with site surveys & review of survey documents.
- Provide code, vendor & supplier research.

Schedule:
3 days per week in office for the duration of the summer (roughly 2 months)
