Our High-Volume Service Department needs to hire BDC Customer Service Associates to work in our FAST-PACED BDC Call Center to schedule appointments for auto repairs, maintenance, and more! Responsibilities - BDC Customer Service:

• Answer phone and internet requests for auto repairs and/or maintenance in our fast-paced call center, schedule appointments, reschedule missed appointments, and more
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications - BDC Customer Service:

• Call center, auto BDC customer service experience is preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Friendly and energetic and motivated to succeed
• A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance
• Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
• Driver's license and insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent
