Responsibilities
As the Application Support engineer, you will provide end-user support.
This includes but is not limited to understanding and diagnosing user-submitted problem reports, identifying qualifying and documenting bugs and trends, and assisting users with light training when necessary
Supporting developers on the Production Support Team by replicating, isolating and documenting bugs
Working with department stakeholders to vet and document enhancement requests
Coordinating and leading weekly Dev Queue Reviews where tickets (incoming requests to IT) are presented to development staff for discussion, ranking, rating, and assignment
Curate the Bug Queue and Quick Hits lists for Production Support team
Perform (relatively minor) data configuration and adjustments
