Job Position: Account Specialist
Location: Southlake TX
Job Pay: $16-$19
Job Shift: 1st Shift Mon-Fri 8AM to 5PM
Job Type: Full time
Job Requirements:
- Multi-Channel Fulfilment Experience
- Ad Campaign (AMZ/eBay/etc.) Familiarity
- Knowledge of PC
- Experience Organizing Inventory
- Must be able to pass background check
- Must be able to pass drug screen
Job Responsibilities (But Not Limited To):
Create listings online- CSR: Help customers with orders via phone or email
- Serve liaison between sales, customers, and warehouse
- Negative Feedback Removal
- Proactive Return Management
- Monitor Buy-Box and Maintain Pricing
- Manage Ad/Marketing Campaigns
- Assist FBA team with Order Creation
- Grow our E-Commerce Presence through Amazon MCF utilizing NewEgg, eBay, Walmart and more.
