Job Description:

• This is an active job. The position duties will include Cleaning Airbnb properties after the guests have checked out. Basic residential cleaning. The tasks will include washing sheets and the towels, making beds, cleaning kitchen, bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, Floors. Doing the laundry. Paying attention to detail and the staging of each property.
• Making sure the property is ready for the next guest before their check in time. You work every day at different properties, so you need to have a car/ reliable transport.
• You need to have flexible schedule from 10am to 4pm, sometimes we got last minute bookings, which means you may have less than 24h notice of your next cleaning.
• IMPORTANT TO NOTE BEFORE APPLYING: You will be critiqued sometimes on performance, i will come view your work almost every time after it's complete to see if you fully complete the checklist. Absolutlety no cleaner does 100% perfect, especially in the beginning, so you can be required to come back to make corrections to your work if need it and you would not get paid additionaly for doing so.

Requirements:

• Work on Sunday required.
• You need to have high etic work- no quitters
• strong common-sense thinking skills
• Work 3-5 days a week around 10-20h.
• You need to be available start at 10AM.
• Reliable vehicle
