Urban Air Adventure Park is the most exciting family entertainment center in Massachusetts! We provide a safe and fun environment for people of all ages to have an unforgettable experience. Our park has unbelievable attractions like the Sky Rider, Climbing Walls, Trampolines, ninja-style Warrior Course, elevated Ropes Course, Battle Beam, Dodgeball, arcade, cafe and much more!

We are accepting applications to join our team. Positions at Urban Air include court monitor, party host, front desk and cafe. We will train you. If you have a great attitude and love making people happy then you should apply today!

Responsibilities and Duties

• Make sure all guests are safe at all times
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Able to work nights and weekends

Qualifications and Skills

• High energy and fantastic customer service skills
• Superior communication skills
• Previous work experience in retail or hospitality preferred
• Cash handling experience preferred
• Let us know if you have kitchen, cafe and/or restaurant experience
• Must be 16 years of age or older
