POSTING PRESENTATION:
The profile of R&D Advanced Researcher will take an important function by analyzing and documenting reliability assessment failures and related physical analysis. He/she will also act as an analytical partner for different stakeholders and work in problem-solving teams.

- establishment of analytical capability of new products and technologies.
- implementation and execution of advanced physical investigation and R&D reliability assessments-development and definition of holistic analytical strategies.
- documentation of analytical results and know-how sharing across ADG Organization with particular emphasis on car electrification solutions.
- participation in problem-solving
PROFILE REQUIRED:
- The expected candidate skills are:
- have successfully completed a degree (Master or PhD) in the field of chemistry, physics or material sciences.
- experience in the field of physical analysis method
- have know-how on power semiconductor technologies
- curious about new methods' development and active know-how sharing within ADG Organization.
- work team-oriented, open minded, stress resistant and quality conscious
- willing to work in a shift model (flexible working time)
- Education level required
5 - Master degree
