Encompass Health & Recovery Center in Clarksville, TN is seeking a Counseling Professional with experience working with clients who are struggling with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health challenges. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a master's degree in a counseling related field and be eligible for TN state licensure as a LPC, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LADAC, etc... Bachelor Level or other certified candidates with extensive experience related to outpatient substance abuse counseling with adults and/or adolescents will be considered. This position will provide outpatient substance abuse and mental health services primarily to adults, incorporating IOP group and individual counseling sessions as well as clinical assessments and reviews.

This position is not fee based and compensation will be paid for non-contact duties when verified by scheduling. This position requires onsite office hours, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 10:30 AM - 7:00PM. Wednesday duties will be completed off-site/home-based via Telemedicine with laptop provided. An additional 1-3 hours will be paid for off-site remote hours Friday mornings to complete any outstanding clinical documentation for the week. Total paid hours weekly will range 30-36 hours/week depending on caseload, with the ability to increase hours as appropriate . There are no on-call, weekend, or Friday "on-site" requirements, offering flexibility for extended weekends. Counselors must have the ability to accommodate on-site and remote Telemedicine Counseling with company provided laptop.

Compensation offering is based on clinical degree, license eligibility, and relevant experience as related to substance abuse and mental health counseling in accordance with TN State guidelines and parameters of other governing bodies including insurance carriers. Compensation ranges include:

- hourly rate of $18-$25/hour for all clinically verified duties including direct contact and non-contact/documentation

- Bonus Incentive Plan of $1000-$3000 based on Relevant Experience, Retention, and Performance

- paid holidays

- paid time off (PTO)

- continuing education stipend after 6 months of employment for coursework relevant to clinical caseload and client need

- supervision for LPC licensure for appropriate candidates

* Encompass is a STAR LRP approved facility through HRSA which may provide education loan repayment assistance to qualified candidates

Candidates must have counseling experience and qualities in the following areas:

- substance abuse/addiction and mental health

- direct counseling experience with adults and some exposure to adolescent counseling preferred

- experience with facilitation of group sessions (preferably IOP)

- clinical assessments and intakes

- efficient and high quality electronic clinical documentation capabilities

- a desire to work in a smaller practice setting.

- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- highly professional, reliable, and a strong sense of integrity

- willingness to learn and adapt to clinical practice parameters

- posses an inner passion for clients struggling with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health conditions.
