Experienced Admin Assistant to help manage a small home healthcare agency in Boca Raton. Previous experience in Home Healthcare is desired, but not required. Good office skills, a great phone manner and the ability to work in a fast--paced environment is essential.

• Part-time - 20-24 hours per week, flexible schedule that could grow into a full-time or management position.
• Great on the phone and in person with clients, staff members, etc.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
• Excellent English (Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.)
• Willing to learn home healthcare scheduling and management software.
• Office skills such as filing, sending letters, photocopying, etc.
• Good business math skills.
• Must be able to work independently and have a good amount of initiative.

We a rapidly growing company with a small office in West Boca Raton. Casual dress code and friendly staff. (This is not a remote position.)
