The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and office skills, a friendly and helpful demeanor and the ability to complete administrative tasks while communicating effectively with Administration and Human Resources Team. The successful candidate will work directly with the Administration and Human Resources department. Responsibilities:

• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
• Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for multiple departments.
• Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
• Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
• Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
