YOUR LIFE AS AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / DISPATCHER

This HVAC customer service position offers stable, full-time work with a usual schedule of around 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.

As an Administrative Assistant / Dispatcher, you ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising customer service. Most of your day is spent in an office environment on the phone or computer. Your friendly and capable demeanor comes through as you receive incoming client calls and dispatch service calls to HVAC field technicians. Over the phone, you inform clients of arrival times and ensure that they are notified ahead of time about any delays. You also reschedule appointments as needed.

When it comes to scheduling HVAC calls, you do it in a way that provides prompt, convenient service and maximizes our field technicians' time and mileage. For each work order, you determine the types or amounts of equipment, vehicles, materials, or personnel required. At the end of the job, you close out tickets by debriefing technicians, collecting payments, and following up with customers to ensure 100% satisfaction. You enjoy meeting new people each day and playing an integral part in operations running smoothly.
