Administrative Assistant
Serenity Healthcare is seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Southlake-Fort Worth, TX clinic. As an assistant you will provide a positive, supportive, and personable experience for our patients by addressing any questions or concerns. Other Essential Responsibilities
- Ensure positive patient experience by providing support and compassion.
- Update and verify patient insurance information upon each visit.
- Manage, track, and maintain FMLA and Disability paperwork.
- Schedule follow-up appointments.
- Complete prior authorization requests for medication.
- All other duties as assigned by the Practice Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma/ GED.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, basic math skills.
- Previous experience working with computer-based information systems.
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- 1+ year of full-time customer service experience.
