Job description

We are looking for a Candidate, with a previous experience in a similar role, highly motivated, problem solving oriented, proactive and able to manage several tasks giving the right priority.

She/he will support the Executive Assistant in the office admin tasks.

Your Responsibilities:

  • General administration support
  • Support Office Management needs: schedule meeting, help in arranging business trip, expense reports
  • Support Employees or Customers meetings: arrange catering, taxi, hotel
  • Take care of general Office services (coffee, water, stationary, etc.)
  • Manage Purchase orders
  • Manage Vendor electronic invoices
  • Work with local and European Finance Team
  • Track the Employees’ mandatory Safety at work training and send invitation when needed

Your Profile:

  • Education: Degree is preferred but not mandatory
  • English fluent (reading, written and oral)
  • At least 1 year experience in the admin assistant role
  • Good knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Excel, Power Point), SAP
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Availability to business trip
  • Driving license
