Role: Administrative Assistant


Reports to: CEO/Founder

Compensation: TBD, based on experience.

Location: Office is in Kaukauna

Summary
We are a fast paced high growth company that is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support the CEO/Founder. This includes supporting the CEO/Founder with general administrative tasks, scheduling/calendar management, communication, drafting documents, and assisting with managing communication, preparing reports, filing and organizing documents.


What you have already achieved: (Requirements)

  • Two years experience of supporting an executive/manager with administrative tasks
  • Good working knowledge of generally used software/computer packages such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office (including Excel)
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to use critical thinking, problem solving and good judgment
  • Analytical and multitasking skills

  • Assist CEO/Founder with scheduling, communication, drafting, and other administrative tasks.
  • Representing the company and CEO/Founder in a professional manner
  • Accomplishing office tasks and following through to completion
  • Welcome working in and thriving in a fast paced environment
  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate meeting technologies
  • Anticipate the needs of the CEO/Founder and be proactive in providing support
