Position
Il/la tirocinante supporterà il team di Amministrazione presso lo stabilimento di Porto Sant’Elpidio (FM) in tutte le attività relative alla funzione.
In particolare, supporterà nelle seguenti attività:
- Supporto alla gestione dei sistemi informativi di contabilità (SAP, Archiflow etc.)
- Supporto nella registrazione a sistema dei nuovi fornitori;
- Supporto alle attività di reportistica legate alle chiusure mensili;
- Gestione, unitamente al team, delle attività amministrative legate al ciclo passivo;
- Supporto nelle attività di archiviazione digitale dei documenti contabili;
- Supporto nella compilazione e gestione delle pratiche relative alla parte ambientale (smaltimento rifiuti, gestione prodotti chimici etc.)
Profile
- Diploma di ragioneria e/o laurea triennale in Economia;
- Buona conoscenza di Microsoft Office (in particolare Excel e PowerPoint);
- Pregressa conoscenza di SAP/ERP è considerata un plus;
- Conoscenza della lingua Inglese, sia scritta che parlata;
- Problem solving, precisione, attenzione al dettaglio, attitudine al team working e flessibilità.
