Position Summary:

Quirch Foods is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Associate to join our Accounting team. The position is responsible for processing all trucks and point of sales. This includes updating manifests, updating customer accounts, maintaining CompuSafe, and reconciling the day’s work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Ensure that invoices are kept track of and stamped “paid” with correct amount and date

· Provide invoices to credit personnel to post accordingly-- provide PODs (signed invoices) to S4i personnel once completed

· Post customer checks received by truck by deadline, and post customer checks received by mail upon request

• Update Cashito Spreadsheet to include: past invoices paid cash, employee payments, and misc. payments

· Update “Deposit Reconciliation-Miami CompuSafe” daily and send to accountant by end of day

· Update and maintain Miami petty cash & Quirch Family petty cash

· Scan checks, print receipts, and archive checks as necessary

· Prepare Brinks deposit to include: deposit slip, cash unable to be received by CompuSafe, unscanned checks, and 3rdparty checks— update Brinks Deposit book as needed

· Ensure CompuSafe safe is working 24 hrs. If safe goes down, contact CompuSafe immediately upon notification; update drivers on the safe

· Identify and organize invoices by the following categories: signed, unsigned, comment/paid; follow up with any unsigned invoices and attach manifest updates to the driver manifest

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Minimum 2 years of Accounts Receivables experience required

· Bachelor’s degree preferred

· Bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to work within a team environment

· “Can-Do” attitude

· Basic financial and pricing skills necessary

· Excellent organization skills
