The scope of this role is to secure revenue by verifying, reconciling, and collecting payments.

Job Duties:

• Ensure that A/R Aging consistently remains in a current aged status.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies by obtaining information from customer/distributors.
• Process credit memos and account adjustments.
• Work directly with the A/R manager to resolve daily issues.
• Assist with ad hoc special projects, reports and activities as needed, along with additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior Accounts Receivable or General Accounting experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail, with consistent thoroughness and accuracy.
• Strong analytical mindset for successful problem solving.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Intermediate Excel knowledge.
