The schedule for this position is Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

Maintain Car deal payables
-
Reconcile car deal payables on a monthly basis

Reconcile and pay county and state taxes
-
Reconcile and pay policy refunds
-
Maintain all job related schedules on a monthly basis

Reconcile weekly open accounts
-
Use your spare time handling detail work for department benefit.

Do not leave your work area unattended.

Maintain confidentiality of all information concerning company business.
Requirements:
