Small 30 employee well-established Folcroft company seeking full-time account-bookkeeper. Founded in 1972 North American Machine Works is a family privately owned company that specializes in industrial engineering and repair services for a wide range of manufacturing needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Responsible for making required daily General Ledger entries and month end Journal Entries

· Accounts Payable entries and Disbursements

· Generate Monthly P&L’s & Balance Sheets

· Bank Reconciliations

• Various Office duties as needed within scope of working in an office environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Hands-on experience with accounting software. We use Open Systems Traverse Global Service.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, & Outlook

· A minimum of 5+ years bookkeeping/accounting experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
