Social Factor has an exciting opportunity available for a part-time Account Coordinator. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day backend support of the Client Service Account Team on key client accounts. They are the trusted partner for mid- to senior-level leadership. To excel in this role, the Account Coordinator will be efficient, highly organized, detail-oriented, and exhibit a can-do attitude, able to build strong relationships and collaborate with and draw on the expertise of the team’s capabilities in an ever-changing social media landscape. This role will give you the opportunity to work with Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 clients in support of their social strategies.


Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Client Services Account Team leads as they execute on client, account and project management deliverables.

  • Coordinating timelines, meetings, and documenting milestone/progress, ensuring follow through on next steps.

  • Managing both internal and client-facing trackers and project management platforms that will include important milestones, specific deliverables, and multiple individual tasks to successfully deliver against a scope of work, accurately and on-time.

  • Providing daily/weekly updates to management relating to team and project progress, raising potential impediments, recommending alternate solutions, etc.

  • Serving as internal stakeholder in daily/weekly stand-ups.

  • Collaborating with team members to offer insights on both new and existing processes to create efficiencies within the department.

  • Completing projects and tasks on time, as assigned.

  • Creating concise, organized and clear communications at all levels.

  • Willingness to pitch in where needed, in support of the team delivering excellent results for our clients.

  • Supporting the day-to-day execution of a variety of operational tasks.

  • Ensure project management skills and processes are kept up to date in coordination with the Operations Team.


Qualifications:

  • Passion for social media and knowledge of key social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Snapchat.

  • A willingness to take on additional responsibilities as requested, and learn new platforms, technologies and methodologies.

  • Must be accountable, highly organized and display a calm, confident presence among team members and clients.

  • Ability to collaborate with team members across levels and functions and basic knowledge of the art of “managing up.”

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

  • Minimum of Windows 10 and macOS 12.X

  • Internet speed requirement of a minimum of 50 mbps


Preferred/Desired Skills

  • Previous internship experience is strongly preferred for this role.

  • Former agency or big brand experience is a plus.

  • Knowledge of social media management platforms such as Brandwatch, Khoros, and Sprinklr is a plus.

  • Project management tools, such as Asana, Basecamp or Trello experience is preferred.
